Reducing Reducing Patient's Pain with Post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) by Performing Foot Massage: A Systematic Review

Introduction: Pain is one of the conditions experienced by patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG). It affects physical function, professional life, relationships and family social sleep patterns, mood. Foot massage which complementary therapies can be done pressing reflective area foot to release endorphins so that pain will reduced. This study aimed review effect on level with post-CABG patients. Methods: Systematic was used using 5 databases namely: ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, ClinicalKey Nursing, Sage Journal. Articles were selected criteria having been published within 2018-2022, English or Indonesian, in first phase. The evaluated JBI ended up articles. Results: results showed total number respondents this 331 people majority male (64.35%). Five articles a significant between CABG p-value (p < 0.05). Conclusion: improve hemodynamic status reduce Feelings relaxation decreased stress are associated effectively affect pain.
